Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to lead the legal department’s technology and AI program end to end. You will own the technology stack, build AI-powered workflows, and design scalable processes to support rapid growth while ensuring regulatory and contractual compliance.

You will partner with General Counsel to define strategy, implement legal tech, and manage cross-functional initiatives with IT, security, and privacy teams.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required; 5+ years in legal operations or related roles.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and administering legal tech platforms.
• Proven experience building and deploying generative AI solutions in a legal setting, including prompt engineering and workflow design.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into technical specs and explain concepts to attorneys and stakeholders.
• Experience developing playbooks and policies.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of cross-functional delivery.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Counsel to drive strategic planning and set goals.
• Drive execution of legal's strategic initiatives through key workflows.
• Develop scalable processes, knowledge repositories, playbooks, and identify new legal tools.
• Track and report metrics on internal legal service delivery, including ROI of tech and AI tools.
• Collaborate with sales, regulatory, IT, and finance to streamline cross-functional initiatives.
• Create and maintain standardized risk assessments and mitigation plans.
