Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior leader in Legal Operations to drive the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing management of AI-enabled legal tech across a global enterprise. You will shape the year-long roadmap, collaborate with IT, InfoSec, Procurement, and Finance, and lead change management with attorneys and stakeholders.

You will build BRDs and SOPs, develop KPI dashboards (Tableau, GCP), and oversee budgeting, renewals, and subscriptions to optimize legal operations globally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in global Legal Operations within a large, fast-paced technology enterprise leading AI implementation, CLM redesign, Self-Service Company Front Door design, chat bot optimization, and Privacy systems.
• Project Management: Proven track record in technical PM roles, leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and BAU of AI and enterprise legal tech solutions (e.g., CLM, e-billing, Company Front Door, Legal Chatbot).
• Coordinate with IT, InfoSec, Procurement, and Finance to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security requirements.
• Deliver change management programs, communication plans, and training materials to drive enablement and tool adoption.
• Create operational KPIs and dashboards using in-system, Tableau, and GCP for real-time visibility into contracts and legal spend.
• Manage budgeting activities, intake, renewal, and management of all legal tech subscriptions.
