Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or legal engineering roles
• Experience implementing and administering legal tech platforms
• Proven ability to design AI/automation solutions for legal workflows
• Translate legal requirements into technical specs for engineers
• Develop playbooks and policies; manage cross-functional initiatives
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Counsel to drive strategic planning and measure goals
• Drive execution of legal initiatives through development of key workflows
• Develop scalable processes, knowledge repositories, and playbooks
• Report on metrics for in-house legal service delivery and AI tool ROI
• Collaborate with sales, regulatory, IT, and finance to streamline initiatives
• Own the legal tech roadmap and govern AI tools across systems
• Lead change management, training, and adoption of new tools
• Stay current on legal tech trends and run pilots for new capabilities
