Our client, an international law firm, is seeking a Legal Support Assistant to join their team! This position is hybrid with 3 days a week based in their beautiful Midtown, Manhattan office. Job Responsibilities
Enter dockets and preparation of client bills on a monthly and quarterly basis
Assist with engagement letters and the coordination of new file openings, matter intake, conflict searches, and audit requests
Work with other to schedule vacation, breaks, and lunches to ensure all legal professionals and properly supported
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
1 year of related experience
Experience with a professional services firm is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, PDF creator and editor
Strong customer service experience
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
