Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Managing Director to join our Legal Transformation Services (LTS) sales team. This role involves partnering with clients to ensure their long-term success and focusing on transformational initiatives such as technology enablement, spend reduction, contracts management, and organizational design within legal departments.

The successful candidate will develop relationships with clients, channel partners, and sales colleagues globally, working with key business executives and stakeholders. They will act as a senior consultative sales resource within the Legal Solutions Sales (LSS) organization, collaborating closely with Account Directors and pursuing LTS opportunities directly. This position is client-facing and requires experience working with senior legal, compliance, privacy, and IT contacts.

Responsibilities:

• Identify LTS targets and lead high-level legal transformation conversations with C-level executives and senior management.
• Drive the sales cycle to expand LTS offerings and generate revenue for broader LSS service lines.
• Leverage professional networks to identify new opportunities beyond existing clients.
• Demonstrate expertise in Epiq’s service and technology offerings, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.
• Act as a conduit between clients and Epiq’s LTS consulting and delivery teams.
• Promote Epiq’s LTS services and technology at industry events and through publications, collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of senior-level consultative sales experience, with at least 5 years in account management related to Legal Transformation Services.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including C-level.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred.

The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000 USD annually, plus sales commissions. Specific salary will depend on location, abilities, performance, and team parity. Further details will be provided during the screening process.
