What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify targets for Legal Transformation Services (LTS) and lead conversations with C-level executives and senior management
- Drive the sales cycle to expand LTS offerings and increase revenue for broader Legal Solutions Services (LSS)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and the LTS consulting and delivery organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of consultative sales experience at the C-level and senior executive level, with 5+ years in account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred
