What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify LTS targets and lead high-level legal transformation discussions with C-level executives
- Drive the sales cycle to grow LTS offerings and enhance revenue for broader service lines
- Utilize professional networks to uncover new opportunities and pursue them directly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and the delivery organization to ensure successful solution implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of C-level and senior executive-level consultative sales experience
- 5+ years of account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services
- Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels
- Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred
