What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify LTS targets and lead C-level legal transformation conversations
- Drive the sales cycle to grow LTS offerings and increase revenue for broader service lines
- Leverage professional networks to pursue LTS opportunities directly
- Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and the employer's consulting and delivery organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of C-level and senior executive-level consultative sales experience
- 5+ years of account management or relevant experience in Legal Transformation Services
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred
