The role focuses on supporting Summer Associate and lateral Attorney recruitment, onboarding, and related processes. The ideal candidate will have prior legal recruiting experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior legal recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for Summer Associates and lateral Attorneys.
• Lead coordination of professional development and CLE programs.
• Oversee department budget and financial reporting.
• Assist with annual reviews.
• Assist with additional tasks, as needed.
