Job summary

Consilio LLC is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support lateral associate recruiting, law school recruiting, summer associate programming, and attorney onboarding. This role requires 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment, thriving in a fast-paced, relationship-driven setting.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, scheduling with stakeholders, collecting feedback, preparing offers, and supporting onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with attorneys, candidates, and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel periodically and support occasional evening or weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate screening and callback interviews for associate candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling with attorneys and recruiting stakeholders.
• Collect and compile interviewer feedback.
• Prepare offer letters and associated recruiting documentation.
• Support onboarding and integration of lateral hires.
• Assist with law school outreach and OCI recruiting initiatives.
• Coordinate Hiring Committee meetings, agendas, and candidate materials.
• Screen incoming applications and respond to candidates.
• Support recruiting receptions, networking events, and campus programs.
