Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in legal recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client service orientation and ability to work effectively across organizational levels.
• High degree of discretion and attention to detail when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and interview scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lateral associate recruiting process, including application review, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate closely with the Associate Recruiting Manager to support lateral associate hiring strategies and ongoing recruiting priorities.
• Prepare recruiting materials, reports, statistics, and other resources used to track hiring activity and support decision-making.
• Assist with search firm and vendor relationships, including tracking agreements, fees, and related recruiting activity.
• Provide a responsive, high-quality experience for candidates, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
