Job summary

Blitzy, a Cambridge, MA-based AI software development platform, is seeking a Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to streamline the legal function as the company scales. You will own the technology stack (Ironclad as record) and deploy AI-driven tools to speed up contract processes while managing risk.

You will report to the General Counsel and design workflows, templates, and playbooks that move deals quickly, supervise day-to-day contract operations, and coordinate with Sales and Finance to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal operations or contract operations, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Hands-on Ironclad CLM administration, including workflow design, templates, permissions, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience connecting legal systems to CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and e-signature tools.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CPRA, HIPAA related contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own Blitzy’s legal technology stack and processes.
• Evaluate and deploy AI-driven tools for contract review, redlining, and knowledge retrieval.
• Define AI guardrails for confidentiality, accuracy, and data handling with Counsel.
• Manage vendors, budgets, security reviews, and performance.
