Job summary

Tenstorrent is seeking a Senior Manager, Legal Operations to build and scale the legal operations engine in a high-growth AI semiconductor company.

You will own tools, workflows, and data, drive CLM migration, manage contract lifecycle, and develop KPI dashboards while coordinating with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Security, IT, People, Engineering, and Operations across a global org.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in legal operations and contract management with a track record of process implementation.

Responsibilities

• Modernize our legal tech stack: lead CLM/tool migrations and automate tasks.
• Run the contract engine: manage renewals, expirations, and milestones.
• Measure what matters: develop KPIs and refine processes as the team scales.
• Negotiate and close NDAs.
• Be diligence ready: own document repository for litigation, M&A, and investor requests.
