Job summary

Fireworks AI is hiring a Legal Operations Specialist to scale a founding legal team. You’ll own the evaluation and implementation of our legal tech stack, stand up our CLM system, and connect legal data with cross-functional partners to enable rapid growth.

We seek a candidate with 10+ years in legal operations, Salesforce integration experience, and a bias toward building infrastructure from scratch using AI tools to improve daily workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant legal operations experience.
• Familiarity integrating legal systems with Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering CLM, discovery management, and legal billing systems.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with finance and revenue operations.
• AI-forward mindset, with ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage legal tech vendors and service providers.
• Lead implementation and administration of our contract lifecycle management system.
• Partner with sales, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders for reporting and deal insights.
• Build renewal and contract obligation tracking and related workflows.
• Develop processes, metrics, and infrastructure a scaling legal function depends on.
