Qualifications

• Deep expertise in legal technology, including contract lifecycle management platforms (Ironclad strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Ironclad, configuring and optimizing workflows.
• Experience designing and implementing legal workflows, processes, and automation solutions.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve legal processes.
• Experience supporting global teams and navigating rapid scaling needs.
• Strong analytical skills: metrics, reporting, data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, independent ownership.
• Experience at high-growth tech or AI companies preferred.
• Highly collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve the Legal team's operating model to streamline workflows and automate manual tasks.
• Develop scalable legal processes for a rapidly growing global organization.
• Own and manage the legal technology stack, including Ironclad, matter management, and e-billing workflows.
• Optimize Ironclad workflows for intake, approvals, execution, and management.
• Develop AI-enabled automation to improve efficiency in legal processes.
• Partner with internal teams to implement AI tools and automation across the legal function.
• Oversee relationships with outside counsel, budgets, and billing.
• Establish metrics and dashboards to track priorities, workload, and performance.
• Use data to drive improvements and informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to align processes with company operations.
• Support adoption of new tools and processes across the organization.
