Bitsight seeks a proactive Legal Operations & Contracts Manager to scale its legal tech stack, implement AI-driven workflows, and negotiate commercial agreements. You will support compliance programs and provide administrative support to the department.

The role bridges legal operations, tech, and day‑to‑day tasks, requiring independent review of contracts and strong organizational skills. Collaboration with internal teams is essential for success.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree required.
3–5 years in legal operations, contract administration, or paralegal roles in a corporate setting (SaaS/B2B Tech).
Experience selecting, implementing, and optimizing modern legal tech tools and building workflows using generative AI / automation tools.
Knowledge of SaaS and professional services contracts, data privacy basics, and IP provisions.
Proven ability to review and negotiate commercial contracts independently.
Strong organizational and hands‑on mindset; able to handle admin and higher‑level projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication; simplify legal concepts for non-legal partners.

Mansioni

Implement and maintain legal tech tools (CLM, intake/ticketing systems, e-signature, contract analytics, workflow automation).
Design, test, and roll out AI-powered workflows and prompts to accelerate contract review and triage requests.
Maintain contract repository; build templates, playbooks, and self-service resources.
Define, track, and report on key legal operations metrics to inform leadership decisions.
Review and process outside counsel and vendor invoices; manage scheduling and budgets.
Negotiate commercial agreements including enterprise SaaS, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor contracts.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Procurement, GRC, Finance to align terms with business goals.
Escalate high-risk terms with concise context to attorneys; manage edge cases.
Perform compliance assessments and assist ESG data mapping for customers and partners.
