Job summary

SearchPointNY in New York City is seeking a Legal Operations Coordinator for a hybrid, full-time role. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of project or practice management, legal operations, or IT experience in a legal or professional services environment, with a PM mindset. Interest in knowledge management and AI is preferred.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM EST. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with overall experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of applicable practice or project management experience highly preferred.
• Prior law firm or professional services experience is required.
• Experience with practice development or practice group management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support
• Manage and monitor the team inbox, triaging incoming requests
• Maintain centralized tracking of requests and initiatives, ensuring deadlines, priorities, and statuses are consistently documented and up to date.
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking
• Assist with trainings, workshops, and internal events
• Provide general administrative and operational support
