25Madison, a NYC-based investment firm leveraging AI across incubations, is seeking a Paralegal and Legal Operations Manager in a hybrid New York, NY role. You will support contract management and legal workflows under attorney supervision, coordinating pre- and post-signature activities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in contract management or legal ops, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office, Slack, Airtable, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, paralegal work, or legal ops.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Slack; familiarity with Airtable, Carta and AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with processes, templates, and playbooks to identify issues and improve efficiency.
• Serve as the primary contact for signatures, records, and legal intake.
• Maintain contract repository and track milestones, renewals, and amendments.
• Maintain corporate records, entity filings and compliance calendars.
• Collaborate with attorneys, outside counsel, and internal teams to support contract review and negotiations.
• Coordinate vendor relations and escalate issues to attorneys as needed.
• Oversee vendor engagements lifecycle, include license and spend reviews, renewals.
• Partner with Operations, IT and Finance on vendor security and onboarding.
