Elevate is partnering with a global technology industry leader to recruit a Legal Operations Analyst with strong TeamConnect expertise. This contract role supports legal technology platforms, matter management, eBilling, reporting, and user support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Legal Operations or Legal Technology experience.
• Demonstrated track record supporting and utilizing TeamConnect.
• Experience supporting legal eBilling processes.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new legal technology solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot TeamConnect applications and workflows.
• Support matter management processes throughout the matter lifecycle.
• Review and support legal eBilling operations and legal spend management activities.
• Generate operational reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Provide customer support and respond to system-related inquiries and requests.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within established service levels.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with legal operations, technology, and business stakeholders.
• Document processes, requirements, and operational procedures.
