Job summary

GGRM Law Firm in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to coordinate and deliver training programs, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives. You will work with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure program effectiveness, maintain training records, and support cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design in a corporate setting.
• Strong facilitation skills and interpersonal abilities for all levels of the firm.
• Experience delivering in-person and virtual instructor-led sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong project management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate employee orientation, training, and development programs.
• Support onboarding, training, and evaluation processes.
• Analyze LMS data and training metrics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training effectiveness and operational alignment.
• Develop, maintain, and update training materials and resources.
• Deliver instructor-led sessions (in-person and virtual) on leadership, procedures, and systems.
• Schedule courses and manage learning activities in the LMS.
• Support special L&D projects as needed.
