Job summary

The Learning & Development Specialist at SAX Advisory Group, LLC provides end-to-end operational and administrative support for the firm’s learning programs, ensuring compliance and a high-quality learner experience.

This role partners with the L&D Manager to support instructional design, manage the learning management system, and administer Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in learning and development, education, HR, or related field.
• Available in EST working hours with overlap to US team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Eager to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative support for 200+ classes per year.
• Manage L&D user accounts and onboarding in the LMS.
• Assist in course development meetings and ensure NJ CPE compliance.
• Support live training, materials, polls, and IT troubleshooting.
• Analyze data and generate compliance reports for practice leaders.
• Enter certificates of completion into the LMS within 5 business days.
• Coordinate with instructors and IT for onsite and hybrid classrooms.
• Maintain NASBA/New Jersey/New York CPE materials and files.
• Assist with proofreading course materials for formatting and accuracy.
• Coordinate Becker Exam Preparation and respond to inquiries.
