Job summary

Sax Advisory Group, LLC seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to support the firm’s learning programs, manage the LMS, handle onboarding, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. You will collaborate with the L&D Manager to deliver end-to-end training and administer CPE requirements.

This role involves coordinating instructors, IT, and staff, producing data reports, entering completion certificates, and maintaining NASBA and state standards while enabling a high-quality learner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, industrial/organizational psychology, or other learning related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience working in learning and development, education, human resources, or related field
• Available during designated EST working hours, with overlap to support US-based team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Passion to continuously learn, unlearn and relearn

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative support for 200+ classes per year, including invitations, reminders, materials, attendance tracking, room scheduling, evaluations, and CPE credits.
• Manage LMS user accounts for the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, regulators, CPE records, learning tracks, and training.
• Assist in course development meetings with internal SMEs, ensuring NJ CPE compliance.
• Facilitate live training sessions with slide decks, materials, polls, breakout rooms, and IT troubleshooting.
• Analyze data, organize large datasets, and generate compliance reports for practice leaders.
• Enter certificates of completion into the LMS within 5 business days of events.
• Schedule and present an L&D overview for new hires.
• Manage new-hire documentation, including past CPE certificates.
• Coordinate with instructors to ensure materials meet NJ CPE standards.
• Proofread and edit course materials for formatting and accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT for onsite and hybrid classroom setups.
• Maintain NASBA and NJ/NYC CPE-compliant digital files.
• Register professionals for Becker Exam Preparation in coordination with Becker.
• Respond to inquiries or escalate to the Director of L&D as needed.
