Job summary

Allen-Allen-Allen- seeks a Training Specialist to design and manage firm-wide learning, onboarding, and performance enablement programs for attorneys, legal assistants, and staff. You will partner with HR, legal teams, and IT to translate firm processes into scalable training resources.

You will develop curricula, assessments, and reference materials, ensure delivery across in-person, remote, and hybrid formats, and drive continuous improvement in onboarding and professional development across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, legal studies, or related field (or equivalent).
3+ years in training or professional development in a law firm or legal setting.
Experience with workflow or project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Knowledge of legal terminology and Litify familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, coordinate, and continuously improve onboarding programs for attorneys, legal staff, and support staff.
Design firm-wide learning programs including onboarding, development, and compliance training.
Develop standardized training materials, SOPs, and reference resources.
Facilitate in-person, remote, and hybrid training sessions; provide coaching as needed.
Track participation, completion, and outcomes; report to leadership.
Support change-management and adoption of new systems and processes.
