Job summary

SAX Advisory Group, LLC is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in the United States to provide end-to-end operational and administrative support for firm learning programs. You will partner with the L&D Manager to manage the LMS, support instructional design, and administer CPE requirements across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, industrial/organizational psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years’ experience in learning and development, education, HR, or related field.
• Available during designated EST working hours with overlap for US-based teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support for over 200 classes per year, including invitations, reminders, materials, attendance, and evaluations.
• Manage L&D user accounts across the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, CPE compliance, and terminations.
• Assist in course development meetings with subject matter experts for NJ CPE compliance.
• Facilitate live training with slide decks, materials, polling, and breakout rooms.
• Analyze data, extract employee data, and generate compliance reports for practice leaders.
• Enter certificates of completion into the LMS within 5 business days of events.
• Schedule and present an L&D overview for new hires.
• Manage new hire documentation and transfer CPE records as needed.
• Coordinate with instructors to ensure materials meet NJ CPE standards.
• Proofread and edit course materials for formatting and grammar.
• Coordinate with IT for onsite and hybrid classroom setup.
• Maintain digital course materials per NASBA and NJ CPE retention rules.
• Register professionals for Becker Exam Preparation with Becker Education.
• Manage training inbox and escalate to Director of L&D as needed.
