Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated IT Desktop Support Specialist in Houston to provide full desktop support to attorneys and staff. The role requires customer focus, technical skill, and problem-solving speed in a professional legal setting.

The candidate should be experienced with Word/Excel/Outlook in Office 365, PC hardware setup, Intune/Active Directory, and various meeting tools. The position emphasizes excellent service and ability to engage with executives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 products with a strong focus on Outlook and Word in a legal environment.
Experience with the setup, configuration, and diagnostics of PC hardware (Dell laptops and desktops).
Strong working knowledge of end-user computing hardware (computers, tablets, mobile phones, IP phones, printers).
Experience with Intune and Active Directory for user and computer group management.
Experience with ServiceNow creating incidents and tasks.
Must be able to routinely lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.
Experience with meeting room tools (AV systems, projectors, microphones) and virtual meeting tools (Teams, WebEx, Zoom).
Experience with Azure.

Responsibilities

Provide full desktop support to attorneys and staff.
Troubleshoot incidents involving Word, Excel, and Windows 11; support iPhone issues.
Deliver hands-on desktop and hardware support, including printer installation, setup, and maintenance.
Engage with executives and deliver exceptional customer service in a legal environment.
