Cboe Global Markets is recruiting a Legal intern to support the U.S. Legal team across exchange-traded products and corporate governance. You will work under attorneys on securities, options and futures regulations, assisting with drafting, filings and research in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is in a J.D. program with one year completed, strong MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Formación

• Must be currently enrolled in a J.D. program with at least one year of law school and not graduating before December of the internship year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical research skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and provide support to Cboe attorneys with daily duties including securities, options, futures regulation, contract drafting, licensing, and governance.
• Assist in preparing and submitting documents to regulators (SEC, CFTC) for proposed rule changes and filings.
• Conduct legal research on equities, options, futures, digital assets, FX regulation, market structure and related areas.
