Cboe Global Markets is offering a Legal internship in our U.S. Legal team. You will work with attorneys on day-to-day tasks, including regulatory aspects, drafting, and governance.

The internship emphasizes learning through practical projects and our Options Institute courses. You must be enrolled in a J.D. program and can expect a structured six-week to ten-week experience with exposure to multiple departments and state-of-the-art Chicago offices.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a J.D. program with at least one year completed.
• Not scheduled to graduate before December of the internship year.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and research skills.
• Self-starter and strong team player.

Responsabilités

• Assist attorneys with daily responsibilities including regulatory matters, contract drafting, licensing, and governance.
• Prepare and submit documents to regulators (SEC, CFTC) and exchange filings.
• Conduct legal research on equities, options, futures, digital assets, and related regulation.
