Job summary

Cboe Global Markets seeks a Senior Counsel to support the Legal Department in providing legal and regulatory guidance for U.S. Equities, Market Data and Access, and ETP Listings businesses.

You will draft rules and filings, navigate regulator reviews, and collaborate with senior lawyers to drive compliant growth across multiple teams. Responsibilities include advising on compliance with exchange requirements, responding to regulatory exams, and assisting with corporate law matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate licensed to practice law.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of securities law and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft rules and filings to explain purpose and basis of those rules.
• Coordinate with regulators through review and approval processes.
• Provide legal counsel to U.S. Equities, Market Data and Access, and ETP Listings teams.
• Advise on compliance with national securities exchange requirements and regulatory requests.
• Support cross-functional teams across Compliance, Regulatory, Technology, Operations, Risk and Finance.
