Cboe Global Markets, Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel to support the Legal Department across U.S. Equities, Market Data and Access, and ETP Listings businesses. The role involves drafting regulatory filings, advising on regulatory strategy, and coordinating with regulators and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong writing skills, and familiarity with exchange regulations, with opportunities to influence governance and compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required and licensed to practice law.
• Experience drafting regulatory filings and legal opinions.
• Knowledge of equities market structure and market data.
• Ability to work independently and with senior attorneys.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Experience interacting with regulators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft rules and rule filings with regulators.
• Support compliance with national securities exchange requirements.
• Provide legal counsel to U.S. Equities, Market Data and ETP Listings teams.
• Keep up to date on regulatory developments and advise businesses.
• Assist with regulatory exams, inspections, and related matters.
• Support cross‑functional teams with legal guidance and project work.
