Job summary

The OCC in Chicago is seeking a Summer Intern for the Legal department for a 12-week program in Summer 2027. The internship is hybrid, with interns working on-site at OCC offices and remotely according to the hybrid model.

Interns will support the Legal team with research, writing, and preparation of presentations, gaining hands-on experience in regulatory, commercial, litigation, and governance matters within a financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate law studies with interest in corporate governance.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Able to commit to a 12-week summer internship in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Ad hoc projects for Legal department attorneys to support Legal processes and/or provision of legal advice to OCC stakeholders
• Legal research, analysis, and writing
• Development of presentations for Legal department collaboration and education
