Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outbound calls with warmth, accuracy, and exceptional client service
• Conduct new client intakes for designated case types, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience
• Collect, verify, and document client information with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate records
• Communicate effectively with current and potential clients, referrals, walk-ins, and team members
• Assist with front-end client support and ensure timely follow-up throughout the intake process
• Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Follow firm procedures and maintain confidentiality in all interactions
