RR Donnelley is hiring a Legal Document Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires creating, editing, and formatting legal documents to firm standards using multiple software tools. You will convert and format files, build TOAs/TOCs, and manage data entry with strict adherence to deadlines.

The position offers a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, on-site training, and a hybrid option after a 90-day probation period (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). The pay is $23.08 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in legal word processing preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
• Experience with TOAs/TOCs, cross-references, and table generation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and format legal documents to firm specifications using various software.
• Convert, clean and format documents across formats; create charts, tables and TOAs/TOCs.
• Transcribe dictation and support help desk queries; meet deadlines accurately.
