Ideal candidates have strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and prefer candidates with at least 1 year of customer service experience. Formación

• 1+ year experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all Legal consumer complaints providing support to the legal team.
• Coordinate Small Claims Complaints to ensure proper follow-up.
• Support Legal Department with gathering information for legal matters.

Conocimientos

Excellent organization skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
