Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor preferred.
• 2–5 years of legal billing experience.
• Experience with electronic billing and vendor sites.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to general billing inquiries.
• Review aged unbilled WIP and provide status updates.
• Provide expense backup for invoices.
• Research client overpayments and cost advances as needed.
• Process invoices via Paperless Proforma for specific attorneys.
• Review matters for e-billing access.
• Ensure timely invoice submission and address rejections.
• Submit Rate Requests for vendor sites.
• Provide updates on invoice status.
