Addison Group seeks a billing specialist to manage electronic invoicing for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring submissions meet each client's billing requirements. You will handle a steady monthly volume, set up new clients and matters in electronic billing systems, submit invoices through client portals, monitor submissions through approvals, and resolve rejected invoices.

This role serves as the main point of contact for client billing questions and supports additional billing projects

• Manage electronic invoicing for a portfolio of client accounts, making sure each submission follows client-specific billing requirements
• Handle a steady monthly volume of electronic invoice submissions with a focus on accuracy and on-time delivery
• Set up new clients and matters in electronic billing systems
• Submit invoices and related billing documents through client billing portals
• Monitor submissions through approval, following up on any that are delayed or rejected
• Resolve rejected or reduced invoices, including preparing appeals when needed
• Serve as a point of contact for client billing questions
• Support additional billing projects as needed
