Qualifications

• E-billing experience required.

• Experience with e-billing platforms such as TyMetrix 360, Collaborati, Passport/Datacert, Legal Tracker/Serengeti, or CounselLink.

Responsibilities

• Work with electronic billing platforms and client billing requirements.
• Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with client guidelines.
• Track invoice status and resolve billing issues.
• Handle rejected or reduced invoices and assist with appeals.
• Support client/matter setup, budgets, accruals, and timekeeper rate requests.
• Respond to client and internal billing questions.
• Assist with special billing projects.
