• Support updates to existing rate arrangements and ensure proper assignment of key data.
• Serve as point of contact for clients on rate issues and coordinate reporting.
• Review client billing policies for impact on matter management.
• Execute the annual bill rate-setting process in the U.S.
• Provide support for Firm's budgeting tool and assist with matter budgets.
• Lead quarterly access review process for internal audit.
