Qualifications

• Strong legal billing experience and hands-on Aderant proficiency.
• Billing management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with eBilling, BillBlast, and LEDES 1998B files.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned legal billing work accurately and independently.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to billing team members.
• Train colleagues on Aderant and resolve billing workflow questions.
• Prepare, review, and process client bills per client requirements.
• Support electronic billing processes and file submissions.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and rejected invoices.
• Coordinate with attorneys and accounting to ensure timely billing.
• Strengthen billing processes following the Aderant implementation.
