Qualifications
- Extensive legal billing experience with hands-on Aderant proficiency.
- 2–3 years of Aderant experience preferred.
- Experience with eBilling, BillBlast, LEDES 1998B.
- Prior billing supervision or team leadership is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot billing issues and train others.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Availability to start ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned legal billing work accurately and independently.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to billing team members.
- Train colleagues on Aderant and resolve billing questions.
- Prepare, review, and process client bills per requirements.
- Support electronic billing and related files.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and rejected invoices.
- Coordinate with attorneys and accounting to bill on time.
- Strengthen billing processes post-Aderant implementation.
