Qualifications

Strong legal billing experience with hands-on Aderant proficiency.
Experience leading billing teams or supervising others.
Experience with electronic billing including BillBlast and LEDES 1998B.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned legal billing work accurately and independently.
Provide day-to-day guidance and support to billing team members.
Help train colleagues on Aderant and resolve billing workflow questions.
Prepare, review, and process client bills in accordance with client billing requirements.
Support electronic billing, including BillBlast and LEDES 1998B files.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, electronic submission issues, and rejected invoices.
Coordinate with attorneys, accounting staff, and other internal stakeholders to complete billing accurately and on time.
Help the team strengthen billing processes following the Aderant implementation.
