Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases according to KPIs.
• Respond to a heavy volume of email with timely and thorough replies.
• Draft and prepare motions and notices.
• Meet client and county deadlines.
• File and upload pleadings and exhibits with court and client.
• Update internal systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales department.
