Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, a national creditors’ rights law firm, seeks a Legal Assistant in Boca Raton, FL to support loan reviews, docket management and client invoicing in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and an Associate’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and written communications.
• Ability to analyze issues and present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, based on predetermined KPIs.
• Review dockets, draft and upload chronologies to clients reflecting case status from referral through close instructions.
• Review invoices and request fees and costs through client system.
• Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure timelines are met.
• Ensure all internal systems are updated with findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Exercise a high-degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Safeguard compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy and collections requirements.
