Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan-level desktop reviews based on KPIs.
• Review dockets and upload case chronologies for clients.
• Review invoices and request fees through client system.
• Manage a portfolio of active files and meet client timelines.
• Update internal systems with findings and recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy and collections requirements.
