Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement of enterprise AI across a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live and virtual training, and publish content in Absorb LMS, focusing on Harvey and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok).

You will train attorneys, partners, and staff on prompt engineering, context management, and responsible AI usage, ensuring practical workflow adoption and governance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ year of dedicated experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience training Harvey AI OR experience in a law firm/legal environment as an AI consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics, including prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses within modern Learning Management Systems (Absorb LMS).
• Experience delivering live virtual instructor-led training (vILT) to professional audiences.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in one of the approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive instructional modules.
• Deliver engaging virtual and instructor-led training (ILT) sessions focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Build, organize, and publish digital learning modules within the firm's Learning Management System (Absorb LMS).
• Spearhead rollout, user adoption, and training for Harvey and other legal AI platforms, including prompt engineering and token management strategies.
• Provide practical coaching on foundation models and tools (Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Grok).
• Deliver high-touch enablement and direct workflow support to firm partners and executive leadership.
• Educate employees on responsible AI, confidentiality safeguards, data privacy guidelines, and ethical compliance.
• Track training attendance, platform utilization metrics, and user feedback to refine strategies.
