Job summary

Oregon State Credit Union is seeking an HR Specialist - Leaves to lead the administration of our leave and workplace accommodation programs with compassion and consistency, improving the employee experience. You will manage the full leave lifecycle, determine eligibility, coordinate accommodations, and support the ADA process while guiding employees from inquiry to return-to-work.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years HR leaves experience, Dayforce familiarity, and a Bachelor’s in HR/psych/business

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of federal and state leave laws and programs including FMLA, OFLA, Paid Leave Oregon, ADA and disability benefits.
• End-to-end administration: eligibility, leave management, documentation, and return to work coordination.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements while ensuring accurate, compliant program administration.
• Experience with unemployment claims, verifications, agency inquiries and other HR admin functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full leave lifecycle from inquiry to return-to-work planning.
• Administer state and federal leave programs and ADA accommodations.
• Guide employees and managers through eligibility, documentation, and process steps.
• Coordinate workplace accommodations and support the ADA interactive process.
