The Oregon Employment Department seeks an ADA Coordinator (HR Analyst 2) to manage accommodation requests, guide managers and employees, and support FMLA/OFLA and related leaves. The role also backs up the Leave Team and contributes to equity goals in a busy, public-service environment.

Candidates should have five years of HR experience (professional level), or a degree or certification that substitutes for experience.

Formación

• Five years HR experience, three at professional level
• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field with 2 years professional HR experience
• Master's degree with 1 year HR experience
• Certifications (PHR/SHRM-CP/PSHRA-CP) substitute for experience

Responsabilidades

• Manage ADA accommodation requests and guide managers and employees
• Support FMLA/OFLA and other protected leaves
• Back-up to Leave Team and Classification Analyst Team
