Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Senior Leave & Accommodations Specialist to join the Global Benefits & HR Compliance team. The role focuses on administering leave programs, managing ADA accommodations, and coordinating with HR, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth program operations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of LOA and accommodation experience, with Oregon program knowledge, strong customer service, and proficiency in Workday and MS Office.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience administering leave of absence and accommodation programs.
• Experience owning ADA accommodations and the interactive process.
• Experience working with Oregon leave programs or Oregon employees."
• Experience partnering with HR teams, managers, and external vendors to administer HR programs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accommodation program management and related processes.
• Support leave of absence program administration and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to wellbeing initiatives, benefits administration, and compliance projects.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Payroll, Legal, and vendors to ensure effective program delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and employee support across the team.
