Job summary

Oregon State Credit Union is seeking an HR Specialist - Leaves to oversee the administration of leave and workplace accommodation programs with compassion and consistency. You will guide employees and managers through the full leave lifecycle and ensure compliant, timely handling of requests.

The role requires expertise in FMLA, OFLA, Paid Leave Oregon, ADA and disability benefits; Dayforce experience is preferred. Hybrid work available with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of federal and state leave laws (FMLA, OFLA, Paid Leave Oregon) and ADA benefits.
• End-to-end leave administration including eligibility, documentation and return-to-work coordination.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of leave of absence and workplace accommodation programs.
• Oversee full leave lifecycle and guide employees from inquiry to return-to-work planning.
• Coordinate ADA processes and support pregnancy, disability and other accommodations.
• Support employment-related HR processes and respond to agency inquiries with professionalism.
