Job summary

Golden Entertainment LLC is seeking a Benefits & LOA Manager to lead the administration, compliance, and delivery of Team Member benefits and leave programs across the organization.

You will oversee Workday Benefits and Absence Management, manage vendor relationships, and partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant, efficient programs aligned with total rewards strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits and leave administration with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience configuring/workday Benefits and Absence Management, including enrollment workflows and reporting.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, state leave laws, and related compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of benefits and leave programs.
• Own Workday Benefits and Absence Management configuration and ongoing optimization.
• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, wellness, voluntary benefits, and leave programs including various leave laws.
• Manage vendor relationships, audits, payroll deductions, and enrollment activities.
• Provide guidance on complex benefits and leave matters and support cross-functional teams.
• Develop policies, training materials, and dashboards for informed decision-making.
