Qualifications

• FMLA administration experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes FMLA and other unpaid leave claims and codes documentation.
• Analyzes leave claims to determine eligibility and benefits.
• Reviews information and decides actions based on plans and regulations.
• Communicates decisions clearly with claimants and clients.
• Maintains professional client relationships and quality standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
